What a day at the Arctic Valley Alpenglow ski lodge outside of Anchorage this past weekend! Jennifer and Vince hired me for a full day package and took advantage of it! I photographed their wedding and subsequent celebration for almost 12 straight hours and they'll end up with a disc of photos nearing 3000 final images.
Aside from some seriously roisterous dance floor action during Jennifer & Vince's wedding celebration, one of my favorite things about their day was all the excitable children running around including the flower girl, who couldn't stop hanging off of Vince. As they always do, Woodrow --my favorite wedding band in Alaska rocked the lodge right up until the end. Any band that can flawlessly render Digital Underground's early 90's hit The Humpty Dance while recounting the entire lyrics accurately get's a gold star (and recommendation) from me.
